REMARKABLE AWARDS is organized by BUCHAREST REAL ESTATE CLUB (BREC) and ROMANIA PROPERTY CLUB (RPC), two NGO-s, with the general objective of promoting Romanian real estate industry.

The nominations can be registered by architects, designers, general contractors or direct beneficiaries of design projects – workspaces, apartments, retail spaces (shops, restaurants, caffes, sports facilities etc.) from both Bucharest and Romania’s Regional Cities.

Both new projects and refurbishments are eligible.

2024 edition will award projects finalized between 1st of January – 31st of December 2023. The judging process is set for October 2024.

There is no entry fee.

BREC & RPC assume all entries are original and the entrant either owns the submission or has permission from a client or other appropriate party to enter the contest, with all rights granted therein. The organizers are not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the entrant. Submission of any entry acknowledges the right of organizers to use it for publication in any medium. This includes, but is not limited to, entries being posted to our applicable public voting section of our websites – brec.ro, rpc.ro, re-markable.ro, romaniapropertyclub.ro, our social media channels or our media partners channels.

Copyright and all other rights remain that of the entrant. All entrants understand and agree that any work submitted to the competition may be used by the organizers and its media partners for marketing and promotional purposes of the competition only, including in any media such as exhibitions, print and digital media directly related to REMARKABLE AWARDS competition.
