PROJECT INFORMATION
An innovative interior design strategy has been used for CMS Romania attorneys at laws, aiming to create the conditions for the team to feel like a strong community.
Attorneys typically work by themselves in private offices and engage in more solitary activities.
“This workplace, however, is organized differently, with two primary sections that connect the building’s sides: a lovely cafeteria and a cozy lounge.”
There are numerous opportunities for interaction and connection because you must pass through these communal areas to go to the other side of the office.
Since there aren’t many private offices left, everyone can use a range of common workstations, phone booths, and open meeting spaces.
Despite the company’s two-story layout, the architects organized the reception area on one floor and the entire workforce on the other.
The client area is fully designed as a premium and friendly atmosphere, while the workspace is kept in a more welcoming environment with softer colors.
