America House, the Iconic Class A office building is the first – Class A office building in Bucharest to obtain OUTSTANDING rating according to BREEAM In-Use certification methodology, after a major investment of 10 million euros. Health and Wellbeing was the rating category which obtained the maximum rating score: 100%.

“The concept: Starting with the reception, lift lobbies and the restrooms down to the underground parking spaces, they are all refurbished and have simple, but premium touch. We have also regained the urban space in front of the building by taking the cars out from the pedestrian alleys and replacing them with lots of greeneries and benches for people to sit on and enjoy the commercial area at the ground floor. ”

AMA design studio oversaw all the common areas stylish redesign.
