The brand new Sameday HQ in Globalworth Square is an office space that defies convention. This is a 4,300-square-meter canvas reflecting Sameday’s values, mission, and identity. A partnership between Globalworth’s Workplaces team, the designers at Prographic and a list of recognized and trusted specialists has created a one-of-a-kind workplace.
The architecture and design of the two-floor office is a metaphor for speed—Sameday’s main principle. Inspired by teleportation and elements from the urban jungle, the space showcases a wide range of colors and patterns, including bird-like origami designs that resonate with Sameday’s logo. One-of-a-kind elements like a crane-shaped reception desk and LED-illuminated glass ‘teleportation cabin’ are some of the key visuals of this office.
The office layout is a dynamic blend of both formal and casual gathering spots—meeting areas coexist with informal spaces, phone booths, gaming zones, and relaxation corners. The employees have at their disposal a real franchised specialty café, featuring premium coffee served by a real bartender. LED-tunnelled amphitheatre and printing points augment the versatility of the space.
To add to the space’s aesthetics, a local artist was commissioned to hand-paint portions of the office. Exposed concrete columns, illuminated glass walls, and an assortment of decorative elements like wallpapers and creative prints merge to create a complex mix of functionality and beauty.
The place hosts premium features like curved double glass with integrated LED lighting, a thermally efficient façade equipped with anti-reflective and anti-thermal transfer windows, LED lighting with movement sensors, and a Building Management System that offers advanced climate and electricity control. Symbolic elements—like the warehouse containers and a truck’s rear—playfully tie to the themes of speed and delivery specific to Sameday`s business activity.
In this office, even corridors have been rethought. They’re emptied on all four sides to offer a reinvigorating promenade experience for the employees. The workplace also boasts several vibrant lounge areas and unique elements like metallic lockers that echo Sameday’s signature easyboxes.
The end result is a space that blends premium design with a compelling vision for business growth.

Globalworth Square hosting the Sameday headquarters is a benchmark of sustainability and technological innovation. With a BREEAM Outstanding rating and a 99% score in energy efficiency, the building incorporates Honeywell’s Forge for Buildings, an AI-driven system for optimal building management. The building has also an intrinsic advanced ice storage system for eco-friendly cooling. The ice is being made at night when the power grid is being less solicited and then circulated through the system during the day. Globalworth Square features a rooftop full of photovoltaic panels, which contribute to the strategy of lowering energy costs and providing a cleaner source of electricity through renewables.
