HKN - ART DECO FOREST HOUSE

The residence is developed across three levels, each dedicated to specific functions. The ground floor is devoted to daytime activities and includes the entrance lobby with its adjacent dressing room, the kitchen, dining area, living room, the client’s personal office, a secondary bathroom, and technical areas, including the garage.

The upper floor is primarily dedicated to the master bedroom and the guest room, while the basement houses social areas like the home cinema and a wine cellar reimagined as a game room and a space for private conversations.

“The client specifically wanted a home where they could truly feel at ease—a peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming oasis to return to for relaxation, reflecting their passion for art and culture. This naturally led to the need to integrate parts of their art collection into key spaces.”

The designer chose to create a contrast of shapes, volumes, and colors in this dining composition, balancing the robust table with accessories that have sweet, curving, and feminine forms.
