Rezident – Tomis Marina

The building that stands tall above Tomis port in Constanta, a former hospital built in the 1940s, turned into today’s first building fully managed by the Rezident brand, comprising a total of 26 premium apartments.

“This location was chosen not only for its enchanting view of the port and proximity to the beach but also for its closeness to the old city centre.”

To reinterpret the charm of this historic edifice and break away from Mediterranean inspiration, the owners, in collaboration with the Annterior team, have blended an industrial aesthetic with vintage pieces and sea-inspired paintings, predominantly crafted by local artists.
