Theta Furnture & More – Cafeteria for University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine

The USAMV (University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine) Bucharest Canteen’s interior renovation project, completed at the end of last year, was a remarkable endeavour. Within a tight 7-week timeframe and a 1000 sqm area, the THETA Furniture & More team crafted all custom-made furnishings, including sofas, tables, benches, planters, storage units, and distinctive elements like the USAMV logo as a backlit Barrisol printed membrane.

“The design, envisioned by MAT Studio, combines industrial elements to create an inviting atmosphere with striking contrasts. Warm wooden tones complement the rugged concrete textures, while a bold black ceiling and vibrant colours harmonize with delicate white ceramic tiles.”
