From an architectural standpoint, we looked for that “sense of place” with V7 Startup Studio brand and tried to translate it into the actual state of the space.
“Sense of place” is a state made up of elements that you cannot point your finger on, but you can feel and associate them with various themed spaces, interactions, and moments, they are the many elements that create the atmosphere in line with the brand’s values and mission – encourage collaboration, co-creation and create meaningful interactions for people to become their best versions at work.
The space was designed to preserve natural light and offer it in equal portions to all residents, regardless of their type of subscription.
Compartmenting of private offices and meeting rooms was designed so that coworking continues to live at the center or the space, being the main attraction point of the space, in opposition with the general trend where coworking is almost always sought to be an appendix to private/serviced offices.
